While studying Real Estate Development & Finance at the University of Southern California (USC), she developed a passion for revitalizing communities in her hometown of Whittier, CA—a suburb of Los Angeles.

Her vision and dedication led her team to win the “Best Development Proposal” Award at USC’s Ross Minority Program in Real Estate Development and Finance (2014) for transforming a 200,000 sq. ft. vacant lot into a thriving mixed-use development.
