Geraldine “Geri” Sanchez is a Sales Team Leader and Top Agent in the North Tampa Region with Frank Albert Realty; she specializes in all things related to Lagoon Living, including Home Buying, Building, Selling, and Investing. She’s a proud member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, the North Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel, giving her access to local business connections and home builders in the Tampa Region.

For Home Sellers, she provides high-level exposure through Social Media Marketing and Networking on behalf of her clients who wish to sell their homes anywhere in the Central Florida Region. She is the Owner and Founder of the the Home Selling Group and the popular social media pages, “@LifeattheLagoon” and “@HomeSellingQueenFL”, which are both registered trademarks.

Her Real Estate background began over 20 years ago and includes Commercial Real Estate Investment Analysis/Asset Management, Property Management and Project Management, Leasing, Marketing and Investor Relations. While studying Real Estate Development & Finance at USC, she took an interest in the changing communities and neighborhoods in her hometown, Whittier, a suburb right outside of Los Angeles, CA. Geraldine’s skills, creativity, and passion in the Real Estate Industry led to her success.

Together with her team, they are winners of the “Best Development Proposal” at USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate Development and Finance 2014. She was recognized for her ability to propose the best use of a 200,000 sq. ft. vacant land lot and turn it into a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, CA. She brings that same vision to the North Tampa Region with Residential Home Sales and improving her community, in Wesley Chapel, FL. and The Connected City. Known as the local #HomeSellingQueen, Geri and her team have been recognized by several organizations around town. This includes the Tampa Bay Builder’s Association, Real Producers Agent Choice Awards, DR Horton Homes Builder, Casa Fresca Homes and many more. Geri’s most recent recognitions include:

In the middle of a pandemic, she quickly innovated her sales strategy. Her creativity and strong negotiation skills allowed her to continue serving the community with the high demand of out-of-state buyers moving to Florida. Since 2021, Tampa has been named the number one place home buyers have moved to in the nation. Geri was ready to ride the waves and help as many clients as possible. This lead to the creation of her team, The Home Selling Group of Florida with Frank Albert Realty.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, laying out by the water, learning about new home décor trends, and spending time with her family.
